The shortcuts that matter
Everything is listed (and customizable) in Settings → Shortcuts, or press ⌘ ? in the app. The big ones:

Common questions
Why won't Netflix, Disney+, or Prime Video play?
Those services use DRM that often refuses to play inside a custom WebKit view. This is a platform limitation, not a bug we can fix. YouTube, Bilibili, Twitch, direct video links, and local video files all work.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Glaso falls back to the Free tier — nothing is deleted. Tabs and notes you created stay visible and usable; you just can't create new ones beyond the Free limits, and Pro features lock until you upgrade. Imported books are kept and reopen when Pro is active again.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new Mac?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with, then open Settings → License and click Restore Purchase.
Where is my data stored? Is anything in the cloud?
Everything — notes, books, favorites, settings — lives locally in the app's private container on your Mac. Glaso has no cloud and no accounts. See the privacy policy.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Glaso purchase.
A hotkey stopped working or conflicts with another app.
Open Settings → Shortcuts to rebind it (duplicates are rejected automatically), or use the reset button to restore the defaults.
Can Glaso stay visible while I swipe between Spaces?
Yes — toggle Follow with ⌥ ⇧ F. With Follow off, Glaso stays put on its own Space; with it on, the window travels with you.
